My 01' "Mach 1" - Track pic!!
Whelp, here is a pic of my car at the track. You can't see the Mach 1 decals but my sister did such a good job with the camera (less the gaurd rail) that I just had to post.

Funny I've never heard of a 2001 Mach 1.

It's not really a Mach 1 guys, I just wanted to be a bit different than everyone else. I was getting it painted at the same time I saw the 2003 Mach and that gave me the idea.
I got decals from a 72' Mach and they fit PERFECTLY in contrast to the real thing. I will post some more pics later. As far as features, let's see: No air, no radio, no power steering, no lumbar seats (or adjustable for that matter). Pretty much void of anything. It does have the factory dash and it does housea full set of auto meter guages. Again, I will post some more pics of this stuff. It does house a non-factory 815 hp 417 though. I need carpet and NAWWSS and then it will be pretty much done......finally. Unfortunately, the day after this photo I had a horrible mishap. I have foam on the underside of my hood so that I can set it on top of the car when I work on it. Well, I was getting ready to set the valves on Saturday when a a big gust of wind came out of nowhere. It blew the thing of the car and onto the pavement, painted side down. It scratched it pretty good but didn't break. Back to the paint shop next week.

That's a pretty cool ride you have there. Low 9's are pretty respectable with all motor!

I'm shooting for 8.90's to 9.0's and then I'll try some juice on it.
I have only had it out a few times and am trying to get all of the bugs worked out on the suspension. I'm no RadicalGT but I feel pretty good about it at 2700lbs with me in it. Eric just takes all of the fun out of it.
