Default The "Corral" is for sale!!!

I see that the Corral is for sale, what can we do to make sure "THIS" site doesn't have the same problems as the Corral, hate to see this one go too. Although I like this one better.

Exclamation

Everything is for sale - for the right price.

That said, have no fear, Mustang Works Onlineis not going anywhere anytime soon. This is a stable operation.

I have always gotten a laugh hanging out in the lounge over there. Hope it sticks around! Love it or hate it...a LOT of stangers hang out there! If you have thick skin it can be a fun place.

The Corral is NOT for sale!

They had some drives crash and they lost all the forum information. Chris simply asked for help because the bill was going to be around $4500 or so to get the info recovered from the drives.

If people would just READ once in a while then stupid rumors like this wouldn't get started

As far as the flamewars that were going on for the past few days, well - Bob decided to take a vacation for a while. When is the last time that YOU stayed at your job 24/7 just to make people happy?

They lost their hard drives and backups and are asking for donations for data recovery, I guess it's pretty expensive! I haven't been there in a few days, guess I'll have to check it out!

hmm... looks like someone modified my post to add the underlines and a couple of bolds. Not that I mind it, it's just interesting that it doesn't SAY it was edited.

<------ Hey look ma! I just turned 100 over here

it wasn't a flame, so don't take it that way. There was a request for donations on the Corral to help in the data recovery.

www.thecorral.com != www.corral.net

bad thing is they got ripped on the data recovery. I belive it costed between $4000-$5000 .... if the guys knew what they were doing it looked like a simple drive crash, and usually if you have a good setup you dont have to worry because the drives are imaged you just get a new drive, and load the image onto the new drive (which is what data recovery places do) so looks like Corral got screwed.

Thanks,
Abe

man oh man whoooo doggies that corral is really something else. i was there the day bob came back and started kicking people off and believe me that day the $hit was about a million feet deep. i mostly use it for laughs, cause some of those guys are LUNATICS and besides that nowhere as nice as the people here. no way, never will be

I like both sites, I just post over there more often because I know some of the people there.

I think Dan has done a great job with this site. This was the first one that I ever signed up with when I started on Mustang forums. I've been here longer, I guess I need to do something about that pathetic post count. Perhaps I should post something of substance somewhere around here.
