Other sites stink!!!!
I have a VW Jetta for my winter beater (don't want the 'Stang out in the cold). I found a bunch of VW forums meant to answer my questions as this forum does but all they tell me is "Get a manual". I can't seem to find any answers!
Have any of you have run into this problem? I'm just getting so P.O'ed because I can't find anyone to help me. I'm glad I have a Mustang cuz I know you guys will listen. Adam |

"whats wrong with your VW?"
well in the mornings i go to start it to let it defrost the windows and it starts and idles fine. when the windows are defrosted (as long as it takes) i go to back it out of my driveway and it really hesitates, almost to the point of shut off. it does this even when i drive it for a little bit. when i start it later in the day it is fine, runs and drives great.
so i dont know why in the cold mornings it wants to hesitate? its a 90 jetta auto, so this means i have no clue because i dont really work on foreign cars. if anyone knows what to try first i would be greatful! p.s. the plugs are running super clean. oh yea, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! thanks adam |
