Unhappy Back to School

Well, tomorrow is the day I have to go back! I'm not looking forward to it one bit! I enjoyed this break a lot. I got to relax quite a bit and I also got a lot accomplished on Project: 2ND COMING.

I got the rest of the car all sanded down and did some minor feathering on it with a DA sander. My dad sprayed the car with gray primer after that. Today I put on some painter's guide coat. So all the marroon is gone! It's all gray now, with a little black!

I took a whole bunch of pictures throughout the process. I have to take a few rolls down to get developed. After I get them back I will get a few scanned in and posted for your enjoyment!

I think I might pull an all nighter tonight....just to be an idiot.......

I can relate.
I had to go back to work Wed. and it bites in a big way.
I've gotten used to staying up till 2:30 am and that makes getting up at 6 am all the more painful.

Can't wait to see pics of your car

School? In this nasty weather? You think it'll be cancelled b/c of the snow (or are you getting a lot over there)?

Anyway, the faster you go back, the faster you'll be done with it ( I sound like some kid's parent ). I wish I could've gotten my lazy behind up this holiday season and get some major work done to the car, but it just didn't happen. I did manage, however to leave the FOX (my '79) at the transmission shop for a rebuild and beefing up. She should be back in my arms Friday (or Monday). I just hate to think of my baby there all by herself in a dark and lonely garage. But I tell her it's for the best.

Nope, no snow in my neck of the woods. Just overnight lows of about 0 degrees....highs in the teens and twenties....but no moisture!

By the way....I didn't make it all night last night.....I had to give up about 3....got up about 7.......4 hours of sleep is healthy for a 17 year old, right!?!? It's already 1:45....probably won't get much more than that tonight! I have a basketball game tomorrow night too, and Saturday night, and Tuesday night, and the next Friday night, and the Saturday night after that. Geesh....basketball is TOO TIME CONSUMING!!!! 5 games in a week!!!!!
