![]() well the day i actual have not been waiting for, i got the final emmisions notice. Well i am borrowing a stoclk h-pipe with 4 cats, any suggestions of what else to do. Also do 3:73 effect the emmisions due to the motor making more revs. Sorry i know it is a pretty stupid ques. Any one have any quick ideas should i change the plugs and wires, and cap and rotor? i have to take it by the end of july time is running out!!!! please help, thanks guys all is very much appreciated

![]() Put a few gallons of 103 octane gas in with your regular gas and run the piss out of it right before you take it to them. You could run some stuff called SEAFOAM thru before then. Just run the tank down after you put the stuff in and it will clean everything the fuel touches. My brother put it in a used motorcycle he bought and carbon was flying out of the exhuast pipe when he reved, just to show it works. Good luck

![]() Don't panic. The cats should get you through but a tune-up is a good idea if it needs it, otherwise just adjust the timing to stock (10 degrees), clean your K&N or replace the paper filter - whichever applies and make sure the plugs are clean, the EGR and PCV are operative and the engine is nice and warm when testing.
The additional RPM's won't hurt you a bit. Might even help. |

![]() Thanks alot guys, hey mr 5.0 i was thinking about the gear thing again i think it migh help to because the motor will make the exaust flow quicker, right? owell i am going to stop thinking about it my head hurts, ill just cross my fingers because monday is going to be the big day
