Unhappy Rusted Floor Boards

I picked up another project car this weekend. Its a 80 Mustang Roller. I first started by completely gutting the interior. Unfortunitley I found some rust and small holes in the floorboards. This car is a budget build for for my younger brother. What would be the cheapest way to fix this? It doesn't have to be pretty I just want to fix the holes and stop the cancer from spreading.

Other then the floor boards the only rust is by the sunroof. The body is clean and straight!

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated!
