Default Is my GT hurt?

I by mistake shifted from 2nd back to 1st today, from just about redline. My engine bucked and after I fully released the clutch on this. My car drove fine the remainder of the night. I was attempting to go for 2 to 3, but I must have messed up.

Is my car permanently damaged?

Chris

If it drove fine the rest of the night, and there aren't any knocking sounds, and there isn't any smoke in your exhaust, and you aren't overheating, then you probably didn't cause any damage, this time. Be careful.

Take care,
~Chris
