Default Am I out if touch

I was just reading some threads and I ran into the phrase Bling Bling.

I must be out of touch but what does "Bling Bling" mean?

How did the knuckle touching thing start? I understand the meaning and think it is cool thing just curious oin the orgins.

When are these baggy pants going to stop?

Please list all currnet slang so an old guy like me, who just got out from under the hood of his car can communicate. I work to much.

'Bling Bling' means something that is flashy.

(Ex.) Idiot #1: "Damn! Those 22's are mad tyte yo!"
Idiot #2: "Word. Bling bling !"

I don't want to list all of the current slang because I can't stand some of it.

trust me, you don't need to know! The only reason you'll ever see those words in this forum is when people are making fun of the type of people that talk like that!

I guess it would be real cool if I started my own language, and people actually followed....but I hope that it doesn't take over the world!

Aaaaaaaahh, ha ha ha.

Chuck, go back under your car, it's a better place there. You don't wanna know b/c for them to listen to you after you learn their language, you're gonna have to lose the big engine, the rims and get lot of ground effects, stickers, lights (fogs and neons), and other useless items that propel your car to a new high of 17 to 25 secs in the 1/4 .

heh, i sensed that my expertise was needed.

"Bling Bling" is anything that is really shiny or flashy, particularly jewelry or car parts. The phrase supposedly originated from the toothepaste commercials where the person smiles and the teeth sparkle and are so bright and clean that they make a "bling" noise.
