Question about MSRP
I know the price of a car will ultimately be the result of how well I am at negotiating but if a '03 mustang convertible is listed at $26,000, how much do you think the dealer would come down?

Figure MSRP is a Gross Margin of 15%. Usually X-plan is 4% over dealer Cost. So that's 11%, if you can get X-plan. It's really hard to say. Depends how bad the dealer wants to sell a call. I got my 2002 Vert in January for 18,000. I would guess a good price would be around $22-23K.
