Default Pro M Optimizer Experience Needed

Anyone have any experience using a Pro M Optimizer? I need to have my meter recalibrated for 24ln injectors. Here is what Pro M says; I'm trying to determine if should by this and recal my own meter or just buy a used meter for 24 lb injectors.

Tired of spending all of your money on recalibration costs? No need to send your meter back for recalibration; just turn the dials to scale your meter. Plug the remote optimizer in-line with the mass airflow meter and dial in your desired performance. Adjust high and low (idle) flow, change up to five injector sizes without worrying about the cost to your meter! Pro-M recommends the upgraded remote optimizer for all of your simple tuning needs.

My brother in Law has one on his car. The optimizer is pretty cool you can either richen up or lean out the low end and the high end individually.

I want one after seeing how his works.
