I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Kara, and I live in Seattle! I drive a Red '97 MGT Convertible. I am excited to be apart of this board cause hopefully I'll get some great ideas for my car!

How is the traffic through this Board? It seems pretty quiet right now. Is that common, or is it generally buzzing w/ ppl? I was previously on a board w/ an average of 80 members viewing at once..

But I appreciate you welcoming me to the board! It'll be great getting to know all of you!

BTW: I am a bit "sleepless"... well at least I'm not getting enough sleep!

There are over 16,000 members on this site, but not all of them use the forums. It's always a bit quieter in the day than in the evening or night. You will never see 80 members viewing the boards at once, but these sites are very personable. Everyone really knows everyone else. We feel like we could pick these people out in big crowds without ever meeting them in person before. There is definitely a MW bond. I love you guys! *sniff, tear, sniff*

Welcome aboard. Although not as traffic'ed as the corral (which i am guessing the one you came from) it is very informative and like 6t9 said, we all seem to know eachother in a way
well atleast everone knows who the post hoe's are like 6t9pony and tireburner :D

Actually I came from a completely different board...Probetalk. I know, I know... I don't even own a Probe, but my man does.

I was even the Probetalk mascott for awhile. :)

fiveohpatrol - Yeah he is a pretty funny duck! Sanrio is a Japanese based company that produces all kinds of funny, cute little characters like Hello Kitty and Pochacco (he's a lil' puppy dog), just to name a few.

Welcome to Mustang Works. Were not a high traffic site, but as previoulsy mentioned, were all like friends here. No real flame wars here. No real BS' flying around either. Maybe a little, but everyone here is pretty honest.

I couldn't believe that there could actually be two of them lord help us if there is.

Actually, I'm not a red head. The strawberry represents my car (red) and the blonde is me! Cause when I'm driving all you see is my red mustang convert. and my blonde hair flying everywhere. (Well only in the Summer cause well, I live in Seattle and all!) So that's the story behind my name!;)

Hey Im Nick and from San Diego if you didn't see it already. Im only 17 and just bought my '89 in September and I have recieved a lot of good advice from the people on this site. All the people are really cool (Mercury, PKRWUD, 1BAD89, GT9PONY, etc, etc ) i think you will share a lot of laughs and recieve good information on this board.

We don't have real heavy traffic on our forums but it's fairly steady and the best part is that whether your looking for technical information or just want to vent, rant, ask a question or look for an answer about almost anything (religion, politics and relationship issues are included) you can do so without fear of being ridiculed or flamed.

O.K., you may be challenged on some issues and get some friendly joking on others but generally this is a very friendly website and our 'open' Blue Oval Lounge forum invites whatever subject you want to talk about.

We just ask that our members use good taste, avoid profanity and flaming others when they disagree.
Fortunately, almost all of them do just that.
This makes the moderators jobs easier and keeps the boards useful for everyone, as well as generating a real community among Mustang lovers.

And if tireburner163 talks bad about me, he's actually just jealous that I now have more posts than him. So DON'T believe him! :D :p

Well I'm back at work now! I don't get a chance to get on the computer when I'm at home. I work at a Software Company and I still can't believe that I'm working today!!!!!
And yes I've already picked up on how things work around here cause I'm experienced w/ posting! :) And when I'm at work I just leave the message board up on my computer all day long so I tend to post some random things!
