Default Transmission overhaull

I'm gonna get my AOD trans overhaulld, and was wondering is it a good idea to go with the TransGo kit. And the prise 1900$ for everything (considering I live in Iceland), the TransGo kit costs 170$, what do you think?

I know this is kind of an apples to oranges comparison but I just finished overhauling a t5 and knew absolutely nothing about it when I began. I bought a video from Hanlon motorsports and it was so easy to do I could'a slapped myself for not doing it sooner. I know there are videos available for your transmission so I would say go for it. I know autos are more complicated but if the video for those is as good as the t5 vid, it won't be too hard to do.
