I was wondering if things were getting broken around your pad today. ******* sucked eggs. I think Favre and Stewart drank from the same well last week. Both let me down. I also can't believe how close the Rams game was! The point spread this morning was the Steelers by 10, and the Rams by 11. Someone stood to make some serious cash today. Wasn't me, but someone did.

Better luck next year.

You like any baseball teams?

Take care,
-Chris

Thanks, yeah Favre didnt look to good from what I saw, as I didnt watch the Packers game in its entireity.

Im not into baseball to much, but my favorite team is the Pirates...gotta stick with the Pittsburgh teams, even though they stink also. they will never be competitive with baseball won by who has the biggest pocketbook.

I live close to Atlanta, and there are so many Braves fans around me, I get sick to my stomach....help...send tums.....

How about you, you have a favorite baseball team?

Other than 6 months in Wisconsin, my first 12 years on this earth were spent in central Jersey. My Dad was a minister, which means we were fairly poor. Translation: I love the Mets, hate the Yankees, and despise the Braves.

I'm looking forward to NASCAR starting up. Speaking of which, check this crap out. Friday night was the sign up/welcome meeting at the racetrack here. It's the first night everyone gets together and they lay down the rules, take our money for our licenses, reserve our car numbers, etc. It's the unofficial start of the season. Cool, right? Well, halfway through the presentation, the boss leaned over and said "by the way, the block came back (from the machine shop) cracked." Dam. That block has at least 200 hours of massaging and customizing. Anyway, we're going to discuss it this week. We can't afford another block ($2000+), so I'm going to see if we can sleeve this one. It's going to be a long season. But I love it anyway.

Take care,
-Chris

Well, the mets were always the pirates big rival, so i learned to cheer against them, but if its yankees vs. mets, im going with the mets.

Can you race with a cracked block with just a sleeve? Wont that baby crack more and could cause problems?

I haven't seen it yet, but it will probably require pinning the ends, and welding it, and then sleeving it. I'm trying not to think about it.

Marty-
Most of my life, my teams have sucked. I stick with them, though. Go Mets!

Take care,
-Chris

Deep down, I think we all knew it would be the Rams for the NFC. The Steelers loss was a shocker, but it's hard to overcome 2 TD's from speacial teams.
