Thoughts on the Stang GT (auto show)
 

I went to the Chicago Auto Show today and got to see all the new concept cars up close and personal. Has anyone here got to see the 05 concept mustang gt in person? What are your thoughts on it??? The elenor was there as well from 60 seconds. In my opinion something seemed off about it. I know it's supposed to resemble the what, the '67 stang I think?? But I dunno, I'm not real fond of it. I thought It looked fine in pics and mags., but up close I can't decide. The hood seems quite a bit longer, and the push button start was neat. And let me tell ya that 400+ horse was roaring loud on the gt. I don't wanna see what the retail on it will be. Any thoughts??

I only saw the vert in person, but I'm sold on the car. They were supposedly taken from the 67-68 cars, however the rear of the coupe looks more like a 65-66.

They currently just have the cobra in it with a prochamer exhaust. I don't expect to see the blown DOHC motor in the gt. Heck, I'll buy one either way.
