I'm 5' 6" or 5' 7", me thinks. As far as weight, 190-200lbs. I just started back on a diet. I plan to stick to it this time too. I've got a tread mill to use, plus some weights to lift. I've also done some situps (ugh!).

Most people gain weight when the hit college, I lost 10lbs. Maybe because food here can't even begin to compete with my mom's, or possibly the 3 hours of training 2x week.
