i got off with 150$ fine and 10 hours community service here in illinois.

Yeah man, that sucks. I'd see if you can get off with some community service, its really not that hard to get in for most people. In Illinois, you can use it to get out of a lot of things including traffic tickets, school sport suspensions and underage drinking tickets, not that I've had any experience with any of these things,

I got a $100 fine and court supervision, no c. service, and it's not on my record.
