Hey Coupe50h...League City is about 1/2 way between Houston and Galveston. About 10 min. from Nasa(where I was b4). Takes about 25-30 min to get to the beach and about the same to get to Downtown Houston. Not as congested as Houston, but close to everything...about a 30 minute drive to Baytown to Houston RaceWay Park...NOT a bad drive at all! :D

ahh I c, i had some family up in galveston and katy, I would like to see houston raceway one day, might do that when im tired of our track lol...:D but that is probaly a good 3 1/2 hr drive for me.

Christine, looking good, lot of work but just think when your all done you can sit back and enjoy, well deserved time, you have been through a lot but somehow I figure you can handle it. YET ANOTHER UPDATE/ I'M WHOOPED!
well, i'm taking a break tonight....I posted my latest update on Female Power if ya'll wanna hop over there and check it out!!! It is equally as lengthy,, and never a dull moment!!!! I'm done working for tonight. Decided to take some time to myself and bond w/ my PC tonight!!!!!

Well, here is a shot of the 3rd batch of boxes!!!! All the piles were about the same size!!! I should've counted them first, but i was in a rush this morning! WHAT A MESS!
NOTE he speed limit sign in my front yard!! hahaha!:rolleyes: yeah, right! I bet they put that sign up there when they found out I was moving in!!! hehehehe...I cant drive 55 much less 25!!!! :p I will have about another 2 batches of boxes like this one before I'm done! I WILL have the Garage ready for pics this weekend!!!Come Hell or High Water!!!! (oops! better not wish for that around here!!! Specially after the massive flood of 2001!!!):eek: |
The recycling truck here won't even pick up a pile like that. They make you break the boxes down first, and bundle them together. That reminds me, though, trash and recycling go out tonight! Thanks!

Hey Christine...I saw where you live about 10 min from NASA. Man I know exactly where you are!!! I used to trek to Galveston several times a year. I think NASA kicks *****. You can spend 8 hours there and still not see everything. It is so cool.

Well, i got my new pc desk set up tonight. It looks cool, and its sooooo big!!!!! i want to post a pic of it BEFORE i load it full of CRAP~~ I"m gonna try REAL HARD to keep it neat..ya', right!!!!
Also I'm gonna post a pic of the crap I need to get rid of!!!! The room is a mess now, but once I get rid the old desk and all the garbage, I"m gonna like this room as much as my Garage. Hung a few more things in my garage. I'll try to get some pics. But its still not done! Got to still unpack my garage boxes, and to put stuff int he attic, and hang more clothes...ugggh! Caitlin is on spring break now, and shes sitting here w/ me doing my hair.... Unpacking has gotten VERY sloooowww....and i feel like I have gotten no where fast this past weekend...Heres a pic of my new desk...:) aint she purrrty???? :cool: |

I"m sorry, but I couldn't stand to look at that room anymore. My ex was getting off early, and i asked if I paid him If He'd do it for me! I didnt want to, but Its just one less thing to worry about!!!!! Actually, Caitlin helped him put it together. BUT...that doesn't mean you still can come out to visit on Saturday, or come to the Swap Meet on Sunday!!! :D I really do appreciate the offer though...and before its all said and done, I might be calling you for something else!!! :eek: Thanks again, and it was good to talk to you!
