Notch goes 3 and 0
I got off work last night last night and decided I'd just cruise around in my notchback. I noticed some friends on mine in a parking lot so I wheeled the notch in. We BS's for a while and I kept seeing this primered out 3rd gen Camaro running up and down the street driving like he had the badest car in the world. He would rev up at us everytime he went by. Finally I threw my arms up into the air as if to say "what's up" and motioned for him to come here. He slowed down and pulled into the lot. I noticed he had a pretty health cam, a mega-shifter and a array of gauges. I leaned in and asked him if it was fast.
"Yea it moves on pretty good" "Is it faster than a stock 5.0?" "HELL yes" "you wanna find out" We decided to run down a strip of road far out of the way that has a long straight spot on it. I slowed down and came to a stop in the road. I heated the tires for a second or two, just to clean them off. I yell to go on the third honk of the horn and I bring the notch up to 2500 as he stalls his car up against the converter. I hit the horn for the 3rd time and he got the jump. All I heard was the sound of his tires spinning like crazy. I spun 1st pretty good, but got out of it and got back on it. I pulled about a car in 1st gear then hit second and put another 4-5 cars on him. By the end of the 1/4 I was a easy 6-8 cars ahead. I pulled over into a parking lot up the road to talk and tell him "good race". But he was so pissed off he just drove by giving me the bird. The second race was against a 94-95 GT 5-speed that I've heard has gears, exhaust, and a few other bolt-ons. I'm back the lot BS'ing with a group of guys when he drives by, revs, drops it down a gear and romps on it. I fire up the notch and give chase. In a short straight I passed him to let him know that I was there and I was game. I pulled up on my tail and reved it a few times. He tails me for a while till I get off the side road we were on and merge onto the highway. Luckly it was near midnight and deserted. I leave it in 2nd because I know what's going to happen. He pulls into the other lane about 2 cars back and I see him punch it. When his nose gets as my rear quarter I punch it. I put about 2 cars on him in 2nd gear and another car or so in 3rd. We stayed even from there till the top of 4th when I shut down with me about 3 cars ahead. I flashed my lights and he slowed down. We ran one more time from a 70mph roll, this time I took the jump. I slid it into 4th and floored the throttle. I heard him kick it a second later. He must have grabbed 2nd because when I was at about 3500-3800 in 4th I heard him snatch 4th. I pulled about 1/2 a car on him up to the top of 4th when I shut down. He kept going and I slowed down and took the next turn-around to head back to town. Notch is 3 and 0

When did you get the notch?
Notchbacks are the best stangs period IMO. Rigid and light. Congrats on the camaro kill and the stang kill, killing your own kind isnt nice.
