Update on my accident in December.

Just updating everyone on my ticket I got for Carless Driving for my ticket I got on December 5th when I power slid my van across 2 front lawns. anyway, I got a excop to represent me and it was reduced to failure to leave the road safely. So now only 2 points and a $110 ticket appose to $350 6 point ticket. My g/f's dad is a cop which helped me out alot too, he stopped by in a cruiser at my house and he's like what'd ya learn, I said to signal when leaving the road about 70km/h. :D I got to sit in the cruiser and look around, it's really cool. He pulled over some V Spec R that opened it up coming up my street. He didn't have him on radar but he just gave the kid a warning, mostly to give him a good scare. :D I wanted to take the cruiser for a spin with the lights on. hehehe....
Well that's just my little adventure. But my g/f's mom wanted me to tell my g/f that I lost my licence so I did and now all my friends think I've lost my licence. lol It's pretty funny cause some make jokes. I'll be sure to remember that when they find out I havn't. And I keep driving and they believe without a licence so they all think I've gone crazy. lol

Anyway after $960 out of my pocket I've reliesed that vans don't roll as easily as people believe they do. :D And if I'm going to go fast, make sure it's abit safer area. I don't suggest anyone to speed where there is people around.

§am.

That's a good think to learn. How far in advance of exit do you need to signal at that speed?

Thats good that you only lost 2 points and 110 bucks. Thats what I lost when i smacked up my stang. We both got similar tickets to. I got failure to stay in marked lane though. My insurance company still had my insurance nearly double though.

It was a joke I was making. Not sure if ya ever read the story, I came around a sharp corner and lost control and ran over 2 ppl's front lawn and stopped about a foot from a big Birch tree and only hit a guide wire that holds up a hydro poll.

Yeh I fear my insurance....:(
