I just read this in the paper tonight, and looked up the connected website:
Apparently, there is a new superhero on patrol in England, with a rather amusing goal. This guy's car was "booted" at some point by the local traffic folks, and this apparently stuck in his craw. He went out a rented a power tool, and removed the offending clamp. Thus was born....

Now he stalks London, cutting the boots off illegally parked cars, complete with tights and cape. check out the url.

Won't be long before hes caught. Big Brother is everywhere in London.

..........and next time anyone is over there, don't put nickles in the pay phones. Because using them to call home for cheap is illegal.
