![]() So maybe it is possible the only reason that I am sceptical is a mid 14 in Hobbs New Mexico is a good time the altitude density of the air can reach 6000+feet at times.

![]() Believe it. With the right mixture those propane injection kit can add like 250 horse safely I think. There is a complany that makes a kit for the Cummins Turbo.

![]() YES, it is true. My neighbor has a '94 Suburban with a 6.2L Turbo Diesel (6lbs boost). He belongs to a turbo diesel website similar to this mustang website and a lot of people on there have propane injection kits. He himself is looking into getting one and says that like nitrous, it works miracles for the diesels. I wish they made it for the 5.0L's....it would probably be cheaper and easier to come by..haha...josh

![]() It will not work on a gas burning engine. Dissels are waste burning engines. That is why they don't explode when you run kerosene through them. As a good fuel additive I use Automatic tranny fluid when I work on a diesel. If I change the fuel filter (which need to be done more often on a diesel as they the fuel is much less refined) I fill the filter with a quart of tranny fluid before reinstallation. I have never tried it but a friend has a Cummins powered Ford one ton that he said he sometimes runs a quart of burnt engine oil through with the gas. He says it helps clean them out, and he's a diesel mechanic for a living.

![]() dont know where you get your N2o from but I get it from a gas supplier here in Calgary and its cheaper per pound than propane ?
You could also add kerosene or naptha to the diesel we did that to our armoured vehicles overseas to give them a little bit of a boost to much though and they run hot. ------------------ 89 with 395 single stage n2o .garret t3. 373's Suspention worked out finnaly . need cage . |
