Thanks 1969 Stang. It's a 1995 Ford pickup color. Wild Canary Yellow....it's DuPont IMRON paint. No clear coat, just 3 color coats. Did all the body work ourselves, just not the spraying of the paint.
I wrecked that car on August 8, 2001. I'm building a '69 fastback now. Should be done in about 3 months. |

How pretty. 300 horsepower? Not a chance. A C4 & 3.00:1 gears? Why? Jeremy has a very clean '66 there, but he needs a lesson or two about performance. I smell a kind father with a nice bankroll, but I could be wrong. I just have a hard time with any guy who's email address starts with "cupcake".
Take care, -Chris

Hate the rims. For a fox body he should have gotten the aftermarket ones in ALL silver. Great paint job

I had a C4 with an 8" and 3.00:1 gears too PKRWUD....but not for long.....I got a Currie 9" with 3.70s, shift kit, and torque converter. My 360 hp is gross hp too....maybe he was thinking gross hp when he rated his at 300...but for the mods he has listed....he's making nowhere near that.....
The coupe was wrecked.....I parted it out and am now building a fastback.....should be done in about 3 months....hopefully..... |

6T9PONY....
You got a 69, 351w powered, fully-restored, mustang for your first car????? And you wrecked it??????? Your dad must cry himself to sleep at night. No offense.... I'm just a little jealous. My first car was a 82 Charger 2.2ltr. hatchback that had been sitting in a field for a year.....I got it for free- and I was never able to get the darn thing running - cleaned it up the best I could and ended up selling it for $500 bucks(miraculously), then worked my arse off until I had enough money to buy my first mustang - the bronze'85 gt with t-tops for $1500 (I still miss that car). I had it through my Junior year of hs - '97 until I left for Germany in Sept. of '99. Then I spent the next 8 months driving an '84 Volkswagen Polo that I nicknamed "****-rocket", and kicking myself in the bum for selling the mustang. Then, one bright day in June of 2000, as I was passing the local POV sales lot, I saw a beautiful vibrant red '93 mustang - bone stock down to the factory sound system....called the guy from the nearest payphone I could find and told him I would buy the car before I even knew how much he wanted. He was PCS'ing and needed to pay off a loan - someone else already made him an offer, so I gave him $6,500(a little steep, but I would have given him 10 if I had to).....and I plan on keeping this car for the rest of my life....never again will I live without a mustang........oh.....rambling...sorry.

Hey 6T9PONY,
Not that the rest is bad or anything, but I was wondering u put this on the site about your car: Spectre clear view fuel filter 180-degree thermostat just wondering. Hey, DemonGT I love the paint job. That '66 could have 300 hp, I can't remeber what he had to heads though.

I guess I don't understand mustangman. I have actually put on a Russel blue anodized aluminum clear view fuel filter on it since then. What about the thermostat?
That '66 COULD have had 300.....but I seriously highly doubt it. |
