COWL HOOD...can I line the inside of it??

I just bought a 2.5" cowl hood from cervini's and I was wondering if there is anything i can use to line the inside of it. I was thinking of that "roll on" bedliner stuff that you can line the beds of trucks with or some spray on rubber stuff. I just want something to protect the inside of it and give the outside a little protection from the added heat of my blower & engine.
