Default Weight lifting

Anyone install a K-member solo? I'd like to know if it is worth while...while I have the engine out? I'm looking at a kit with coil over conv. tube a-arms and tube K-member. I'd like to know how big of pain it is to install and if its worth the money and time. Seems to me that it is but I would like some feed-back from someone who's been-there done-that!!
