Well I reved my car up and a weird sound was coming from the headers. Well the sound only comes out on the passanger side but not on the drivers side. it sounds like exaust like it it was coming out from the headers. then i looked down under the car on the passanger side and it can hear it also. Wat can it be??? Well one time this guy told me it sounded like an exaust leak. Well if it is wat could of coused this??? cus its just on the passanger side.

What year of car? do you have Dual exhaust? And can you hear it coming from anywhere specific under your car? Like near the exhaust?

ITS A 2000 v6 AND i PUT a dual exaust a year ago. the noise is from under the pasanger side like if it was coming from around the cat back like from were they cut they Y adapter and made it a dual exaust.

You might want to jack up the car and tighten the bolts to the Y-pipe on the passenger side.

Well, I'm not a profeccional but it does soud like it is an exhaust leak. Make sure all of the header bolts are there and make sure they are tight. Hope this helps.

I dont have a Y pipe nomore they cut it off wen they installed the dual exaust now I have a true dual exaust like the V8's have. But ill check the bolts on the headders and tighet them up. and check under the car also.

OK lets say that the problem is that the headder bolts are lose or the bolts are lose the ones by the cat back. Well what causes that? I mean what causes the bolts to get lose from either the headders or by the cat-back
