![]() Does anyone here run solid motor mounts on your daily driver? Is there a lot of vibration, or none compared to the stock rubber motor mounts?

![]() I've run solid motor mounts for years, both with 302's and now on my 377 stroker. No problem at all with them, and the vibration is minimal. I use the Auto Specialties billet aluminum ones.

![]() What about these "drop mounts" I see for sale? If I got those, could I just bolt my 5-speed directly too the cross member and not have to use the transmission mount?
Any drawbacks or reasons not to run these "drop mounts"? |

![]() Anyone used these shorter motor mounts before? Or heard anything about them?
