Post running no O2 sensors for a couple dayz?

I installed an off road H and don't have any O2 sensors in due to some snags along the way. If I drive up to 2000rpm's is this o.k. for a couple days? Is it running too lean? thanx.

Just go aheaed and run it. If they're not there at all, its like they're bad. Cars run all the time with bad o2's... maybe just not too good. I know other people that have mustangs and they don't run o2's at all, on their stock computer, and they're happy with it. They dont seem to think they're loosing preformace (but i think they are). But it runs fine for driving around town, maybe not too good in the 1/4.

Half the cars mess up half are fine. I think it is luck of the draw. I have friends that had them die over time and I have had some that are great. Two days should be alright. Do not go too long. Most likly to run lean.

I just installed one O2 sensor. The other one will go on tomorrow cause it's pay day! Can't wait till it's all said and done so I can run this bad boy.

Godstang & JZ_ Mustang,

I guess I got lucky with my ride cause it runs fine at low rpm with no O2's. The plugs aren't even fouled. Take it easy!

I have also heard that running lean helps blow head gaskets.
