Maybe for driving under water ?

Probably right it might be photoshop....however i have seen crazier..or better yet stupider things that people have done to ruin a perfectly nice car

Oh my God, I know that f-in car....its a south fla. car. I cannot, well yea I can believe he did that. What a f-in moron. He comes to all the car shows with that piece of $hit. You have to see the rest of the car, you would absolutely cry and laugh, but not in that exact order.
If anyone is familiar with the '94 Indianapolis 500 Pace Car, well he is trying to imitate it, and trust me he is not even doing a good job of it.
