Some of you guys may be too young to remember this one since it is about 15 years old but since it's a classic:

-- Hudson: "Hey Vasquez, you ever been mistaken for a man?"
-- Vasquez: "No, have you?"

guess the movie!!

Ok..This one is really a classic:

Reporter: "General did you really say that if you were caught between the Russians and the Germans, you would attack in both directions?"

General: "No, I never said such a thing....but I wish I had"

Patton, George C. Scott (Another classic)

Waitress: "Hold the chicken, huh"

Jack Nicholson: "Yeah. Between your legs"

And let's not forget (from the same great scene); Waitress: "See that sign? 'We reserve the right to refuse sevice to anyone'. You'll have to leave".
Nicholson: "Yeah? Well read this sign!" (as he sweeps everything off the table and onto the floor with a resounding crash).

From 'Five Easy Pieces' (1970)

Damn straight, they are both from "Monty Pythons Search for the Holy Grail" Here are some more

lady "Who is that man?"
man "he must be a king"
lady "a king, what makes you think that?"
man "he ain't got sh*t all over em!"

and

King Arthur "We have ridden here since the end of the snows"

Frenchman "What do you mean ridden, you've got two halves of a coconut and you're banging them together!"

King Arthur "Nevermind"

Frenchman "Where did you get them?"

King Arthur "We found them along the trail."

Frenchman "Listen, coconuts are subtropical, we're in a temperate zone!"

King Arthur "The swallow may fly south for the winter, yet it is no stranger to our land."

Frenchman "Are you suggesting coconuts MIGRATE???"

King Arthur "No, not at all, it could be carried."

Frenchman "Carried??? By what, a swallow??!"

King Arthur "It could grip it by the husk."

Frenchman [B]IT'S NOT A QUESTION OF WHERE IT GRIPS IT!!!! It's a simple equation of weight ratios."

King Arthur "I don't have time for this, I must speak with your master!"

Frenchman "Listen, a 5oz swallow cannot carry a 2lb coconut!"

It keeps going for a while hehe!

Damn, Unit 5302 I'm in awe of your Monty Python recollection skills. LMAO during that part of the movie. The scene where they are being taunted by the guy up in the castle is hilarious as well.

I'll leave it to you to recite that...
