Theres a restraunt in Fayetteville called Bangkock (No jokes guys...please, its a city in Thailand.) That I love going to.
They know that no matter what I order, to make it Thai hot (There rating scale goes Mild, Meduim, Hot, and Thai Hot.)
There was a new waitress there (All the others know me by name) and when she saw me sweating and all red in the face she asked if it was to hot. I told her NO, thats the way I like it, just to the point were my lips and face go numb.
She laughed and got a kick out of that.
I was later told when checking out that day that I'm the only Non-Thai (She said White person at first then quickly added "Non-Thai") person they've seen that likes there food that hot.
That and Thai tea kick mad A$$.
I'm the only one in my family, and of my friends that likes hot foods. Go figure.
