|  Who has Mac mufflers? Hey guys, I have a buddy thats doing a Restomod to a 65 stang with a351 and toploader 4 speed. He is about ready to set the motor and tranny in and fire it up. He is going to order Heddman headers because thats about all he can get for the 4 speed. He wants FLOWMASTERS. I have tried and tried to talk some sense into him (imo). I dont like the sound of flows. I like Mac's. If you have a sound bite of your car here or somewhere else let me know. I want him to hear what they sound like. Maybe I can get him to buy the pro dumps. Thanks Brad

| i don't....sorry....i like my thrush glasspacks...hehe...cheap too!! Have a 351W, C4, .496/.520 cam, Hedman headers, 2.5" pipe...that stuff makes the exhaust sound sweet...... I fired up my car last night without any exhaust on it...just open headers....ohhhhh....boner....instantly.....it was soooo awesome...felt like i was at the strip.....

| I wish I have a 351 but I have a little 302.... I have MAC on my car and I LOVE THE SOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just love the 5.0's cuz it doesn't matter what kind of headers, h-pipe, or mufflers you put on the car you can still tell that it is a 5.0 just by the sound.  I don't like flows cuz the are too muffled sounding and they are too common. I really like the MAC cuz not many people (at least in my area) have them and it has a mean grumping sound to it. I have the 3 chamber ones and you can still hear me down the street when I romp on it. With my body kit, I admit that sometimes that is even scares me |
