What get me about rice is that they try to look fast but they aren't. i have seen a few cars with the big wing and rest of car is stock. or car only has nice rims on front ( or back) the ones that weave in and out of traffic like there speed racer but when they are beside you at a light they don't do anything and wait for you to go and they just put-put away. and whats with the flybys??
when you do get one to run and you shutdown cause your way ahead and soon they come flying past you like they ran you down...

I'm gonna jump on Mach 1's bandwagon and agree that it's an attitude and it just doesn't apply to foreign cars cause i've seen american cars riced up also.
