Question why is it every time I see a # I think of a engine

Am I the only one who has this problem? Here are some examples.

I get home from work around 3:30. If I get home and look at the clock and is says 3:31 I think... thats right a stroked 302.

The exit # I get off all the time on my way home is 327. I think... that is the best chevy engine made.

You get the picture, I'll stop now.

YES!! That happens to me all the time! But I go a step further and prove I'm a red neck, I also notice gun calibres, like my .243.

I'm glad I'm not the only weird one here

what about the special #'s too, like 4:20 or 69?

Sorry, just had to add it in. Yes, I also see #'s as motors or even gun #'s.

That happens to the best of us. At least you don't think of anything at 10:40 or 11:20. I get a feeling of dread on a whole string of numbers.

lol we're no longer in the US so if we get together for coffee you leave the guns at home k? lol

I'm the same way though, I see any number and it's like how does that reffer to a car. I love cars of all kind. I will sit at a bus stop with friends and we'll just watch cars watch by tell like 1-2 in the morning and just talk about cars for like 4-5 hours, then we'll drive around looking for cars, then stop off at dealerships and look at all the cars. We'll go home like 3 in the morning wake up the next morning and start all over doing the same thing. People find it quite amazing how we talk about cars so much.

Yeah, I have that problem too! It's usually highway exit numbers, though. Like 36C, and 38D, etc. Makes me horny as hell. Can't quite figure it out.

Take care,
~Chris

ROFL!! I have noticed that too Chris! I have it bad with the engines though, especially the 331.. I notice that time every day and I see it in bar codes, on man hole covers, on walls, its everywhere.. It haunts me! I actually remember where I was on my route the day before at 3:31, sometimes. I actually use it to judge whether I'm running ahead or behind.

I've been doing that for years. 3:02 and 4:54 are the usual ones I notice, but 3:51 sneaks in from time to time.

I'm guilty as well.

Any number combo I see, I think of a motor. Last night, the loto pick three was "3-7-4" I was thinking, it would be better if it was "3-4-7"
