Default Electronic Arts - Rant Rant Rant Rant

I am just so PO'd right now I need to gripe to somebody.

I signed up for a Motor City Online account awhile back and let it expire after getting bored with it. After selling a few items on eBay I had some spare cash lying around in my PayPal account and I had seen that EA was taking PayPal payments for game time, so I sent them the cash for 90 days of game time. The account still doesn't work so I called them up to see what was up. Now, I don't have any problems with people of other ethnic groups, but I called and an Islamic gentleman answered the phone. After saying "excuse me???" about ten times I hung up and decided to call back. Again an Islamic gentleman answered the phone but this time a different one. He was a little bit more understandable so I stuck it out and gave him my info in hopes he could solve my problem. Not a chance. He told me to call back and press option 2 twice at the menus to speak to someone that could help me. So I did. Guess what??? That office is closed. So I called back and this time I was greeted by yet another Islamic gentleman. After going through all my info again he told me that he could not help me. Now, I am a patient man, but when someone has my money and they tell me they can't give me the goods I have paid for I get a little perturbed. So I asked for his supervisor. I thought to myself "Good, I'll finally get to speak to an American that I can understand". Well to my amazement another Islamic gentleman answered the phone and again told me he could not help me. I squeezed my phone so hard I almost cracked it.

So I guess I learned another valuable lesson. #@$! EA Games!!!
I am now adding to my ever growing list of people I will never deal with again.

Hewlett Packard for screwing me on a digital camera that won't work with Windows XP...
Sierra Games because they just downright suck (especially when you uninstall them)...
And now EA games. The only games of theirs I will play are the free one I am now going to download.

I can confirm this.

Memories...

Hang in there, man, it'll work out in the end (hopefully)!

Take care,
