APOLOGY
Dan,
Please accept my apology for my "best to worst" post. I had no idea the cost of maintaining a webpage as I've never done one. I appreciate all the time and effort you put in to make MW the best stang site on the net. I've learned a great deal in the short time I've been a member and I feel I've been able to help others a time or two. I don't mind loading the main page every time, but once I get into a boad I like to open all the topics of interest in separate windows and then reply accordingly. Would it be OK to do this or do I need to open several browser windows to the main page and then open the different posts. I know, you're probably wondering how I can read more than one at a time. I don't. I usually load and read. By the time a open a few topics, the first one is ready to read and then I just keep going from there. MustangWorks is still the best stang site on the net, IMHO. BTW, do the sales of T-shirts and stickers, etc help defray your out of pocket expenses? If so, I'd love to have some after I get my next paycheck. Again, I'm sorry. Please keep up the great work. Jared. ------------------ 1995GT-5spd 3.73s and a few other extras |
Hey, that's cool of you. No problem! The site merchandise (T-Shirts and Decals) doesn't make a big difference. I don't make much on them, I mainly sell them because their cool and because it helps advertise the site. That helps get traffic up, which in turn make potential advertisers more interested in the place.. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/smile.gif
I'm out of stock on all my shirts and decals. I've meant to get more made, but haven't had time yet. I will soon hopefully. I'll have some of the same shirts I've been selling made up, but I'll also adding a new shirt that has the new Mean LX logo on it... On the windows: Each one will have to load the whole frameset. Did you see my other response in the Blue Oval about how to now bookmark the msgboard directly? ------------------ Dan McClain, Editor The Mustang Works Online 1991 Mustang GT - 10.90 @ 122 Mph Built, Blown, and Fast as Hell! |
