How to link User Rides from signature

I apologize in advance for sounding computer illiterate (but I am). Can anyone tell me how to link my car in User Rides from my signature? I was given the code to my user ride by e-mail after I initially entered all the info but I'm not sure how to go about setting it up.

To do it, replace all the { or } I used below with brackets, like [ or ]. Also, replace the YOUR-ID-NUMBER with the ID number you were E-Mailed.
