ICQ = I SEEK YOU.
This is a free on-line personal chat program, much like AOL's Instant Messenger program.
It allows you and whomever you wish to include...that has the same program...the ability to chat in real time over the net.
It's fairly popular, and I have it, but never use it (well, almost never) because i just don't have the time, and to be effective, you really should be a fast typist, and I'm not.
