idea for performance industry

Hey Dan, I was browsing through the different boards on this page(though its nto really a page anymore, more like a think book!) and was thinking about the performace indusrty page. Why nto set something up to where it lists all the vendors that are on file/written about. Have them with a list in ABC order. Then by clicking on them you can bring up all the posts written about that particular place.The posts could also be sorted with a thumbs up and thumbs down and a little tally on each one to the right. I know that most of the info can be found through the search engine, but I think this is a neat idea and will allow people to just bring up the main vendor page, and can see by the numbers of thumbs up/down what people feel about them. The regular message board could still be retained, but add the list to the interactive section or something. That way the members, by posting on the board, could provide the info to update the list. Did I confuse you yet? I know its a lot of work to do, let alone write all those lines.
Plus someone would have to be appointed to keep it updated and so forth......

What your describing really couldn't be done easily on the message board. What you are describing is fairly extensive and would basically be a web application in its own right. Nothing I can do right now, to many other things have to be done, but I will keep on my list of possibilities for the future..
