I ve had an idea like that for a while...I think 300-400 posts would qualify as a "senior member" or whatvever youwanted to call it.

I think more tech articles are needed, so we wont have soo many repeat posts. You should come up with the top 10 most common questions, and get together and post that you are looking for qualified people to write the article.
