As much as Jim cotributed to MW, I'm wondering if it was not so much due to his writing abilities as opposed to his editorial position. The moderators seem to be doing an outstanding job in their own right in that respect. All seems well as far as I can see. I think Jim's success was more due to his personal and intellectual abilities as opposed to his editorial position.
