Question What does the black hole on the letter mean?

What does the little black hole in the letter mean on the side of the thread topics? I've been wondering for a while now. Anyone?

Lightbulb Black Dot mystery solved

The 'black dot' on the folder/envelope icon just means that a logged-in user will see a 'dot' on the folder icon next to the threads that they have already participated in.

So, when you post on a thread, you'll see a 'black dot' on the folder icon.

Hope this finally clears up the 'Mystery of the Black Dot'.
