How do you post your pics in user rides???

I have done eveything it says, jpeg. 600x400, 626k and every time i post it say short wanted got 0 or something like that, please help

I enter my user name, my password and my rides ID number, yet I still get this message. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Please help, thanks, Keith.
