![]() I know, I really am behind! I have been messing with buying a new 2000 Ninja ZX-9R to upgrade from the 1999 ZX-6R (my other little speed obsession!!) and work has me always there! But I love this site and I still come here alot! I see you even got a new truck... how long has that been? I remember you were trying to decide on one last I heard!! Like it??

![]() Yes, I do. The Lightning is a fun vehicle, and I've already smoked two Mustangs with it. While they are spinning off a light, I just hook up and I'm gone...
I ran it at the NMRA event in Stanton, Michingan last weekend and turned a 14.3 in 90 degree heat. With cool air to help the blower I think it will do 14.0 or 13.9 even. ------------------ Dan McClain, Editor The Mustang Works Magazine 1991 Mustang GT - NOVI Supercharged 377 Stroker 1999 Ford Lightning SVT - Supercharged 5.4L Triton |

![]() Cool, I just went to your users ride on it and it looks real nice! I never heard of an Eaton supercharger, is it centrifugal or like a roots type? But congratulations! I'm jealous... Now you need a Ninja for BIG speed!!!!

![]() Yes, it is nice and I'm lucky that I was able to even get one. They are somewhat hard to get. The Eaton supercharger is a roots type blower, somewhat like the Kenne Bell whipple charger. It's between the upper and lower intake. The Eaton on the Lightning also has a water-to-air intercooler. Kinda slick.
Btw: what do I need a Ninja for? My Stang will beat one of those! ![]() ------------------ Dan McClain, Editor The Mustang Works Magazine 1991 Mustang GT - NOVI Supercharged 377 Stroker 1999 Ford Lightning SVT - Supercharged 5.4L Triton |

![]() yes, this is a cool feature, but i truly dont understand why there are so many more guests on here than members. dont they realize its free to join and that they cant post messages of their own until they do? i just dont get why they dont join this awesome sight.

![]() Well I'll explain it this way:
When you go to the site and start to browse, you are considered a GUEST until you login through a post. Also I would assume most of the members do not have the cookies enabled to save their username and password. Even though the site, "remembers you" and the last time you logged on....all it saves is the last time you visited.... not really who you are and what posts you have read. So it marks all the new posts and posts with new replies SINCE you left as unread. ------------------ Moderator www.SN95.com 1994 Mustang Cobra 308ci, ported heads, Crane 2031 cam, Vortech S-trim 11#, FMS 1 5/8 headers, BBK Offroad H-pipe, 2-chamber flows, and several other goodies.
