Thumbs down We cannot process your posting, because you have exceeded the maximum number of image

http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...ML/001966.html

too many smilies?
and then when I try to edit it, it won't post because of Flood Control! Talk about frustrating! I had to try about 10 times to get the message to post and it doesn't look like it is supposed to...
Help me out?

Hmmm. It actually told you that you had to many smiley faces in your post? Never seen this happen before.

As far as the flood control goes, all you had to do is not repost for 60 seconds. Flood control simply keeps people from spamming the system with repeated abusive messages.

I guess they are counted as images, it said the maximum number allowed was 8...
though I only count 8 smilies?
I thought you might try to edit it and see if you can make it work out as smilies. I thought it (the numerous smilies)was appropriate

the flood control stopped me from posting when I had not posted anything. the sequence was critical, i guess. It said too many images. I deleted some of them and tried to post the very same (edited) message and flood control says no. then i waited and it says too many images. I edited it and flood control says no. I still had not made a post. I waited again and it said too many images. I tried to post it and flood control. i still had not posted anything.

Frustrating when I had not actually made a post in probably 10 minutes. Just attempted to post.

Well, I guess the boards not completely perfect then... But, then again, is anything?
