I know this is going to sound mushy, but I just wanted to thank so many members (as well as the operators of this board) for providing some incredible advice over the past several weeks.

A few weeks back, I decided to perform some upgrades to my stock '87 but didn't know where to start. A web search brought me here.

I can't believe how much I've learned here. I came up with a plan and yesterday I dropped off my car at a performance shop (recommended by a member) to upgrade suspension, exhaust, gears and a couple of other things. I could actually talk intelligently about the various products and options available. The guy said: "You got good advice."

The power of the Internet would be useless without so many folks willing to share info and opinions.
