What do you mean by "Constant resetting"?

I would tend to think that if you are experiencing slow response time it may be your connection to the net or your hardware. What kind of system do you have, what are your settings, browser, and what type of connection (speed) do you have to the net?

I'm on the site all the time on a both PII's and a 1 Ghz Athlon system. I'm going through a 600K SDSL connection and I see no problems with response time. In fact, the site comes up almost like its being read from my local hard drive (mostly is since the main layout is cached).

Regardless, when I redesign the site in the fall you'll see either one of two things happen:

It will either be seriously streamlined graphically to bring the document weight of the thing down a good deal

OR

There will be TWO versions of the site. One for broadband users that is graphics heavy, maybe has Flash, and has advanced navigation (maybe DHTML or Flash). And, one that will be streamlined for modem users that is light on the graphics and has simplified navigation.
