Post t-shirt design

it just seems we have the most "redneck" looking t-shirts out there...id love to buy one just to represent the "works" but think they are too ratfink looking. something more mordern and high tech looking would be cool... less cartoony. just my 2cents

Whelp, guess you are entitled to your opinion, but quite frankly, I like the shirts a lot. The members as a whole seem to as well. We have gone through many dozens of them since July when we made the new shirts. As of right now, there are no plans for a new one. However, there may be a FunFord.com shirt in the future...

a more diverse t-shirt selection might prove benificial to getting many different "types" of stangers to come visit the site (roadracers, classic car collectors,etc)... stangnet has a t-shirt for every body style. your making more space for the lady stangers, maybe its time for a couple new designs to add to the selection. in order to promote the site you must show its diversity, not all of us like wild, wheelstanding, unproportional, red hatchbacks. the cartoon idea is alright i guess, maybe a sn95 doing a breakstand, a gt kicking out sideways around a corner, or just a plain ol' notch. oh well, i know you won't change the design just because of me so i don't know why im wasting my time...good day

ahahaha, well I wouldn't exactly put it that way. I'm always happy to hear our users opinions and suggestions. That's why one main reason why this forum is here. However, the shirts are a major investment. I have to have a design made, films and screens have to be made, and then you have to order enough of them up front (MANY dozens) to make the cost per shirt worth whiled. Of course, this is all up front money on my end that only gets slowly recooped over a long period of time. To do this with 6 different shirt designs would be very difficult.

This is more of my reasoning, not that your opinion isn't a good one. In fact, I would agree with you, and I would love to have several different shirt designs. I am planning on one more at this point some time after the first of the year, but it is for the FunFord.com site.
