I am tring to make my picture come up in red so others can just click on it, like every one else.

I edited your post and fix the link. Just select "edit your message", copy (control-c) on the link, and then go edit your signature in your profile. Change your existing one to what I did by highlighting the existing one and then pasting this over it (control-v).
