Dan, I have a web account with MW and I also use it to host pics for my threads. Recently (since the upgrades/changes) I am no longer to do so. It tells me that it's a forbidden link. Is this prohibited now? Why is my signature showing up but not my other pics? Is it because my sig was uploaded before the changes were made?

If you link to photos in your account from outside the mustangworks.com domain it will not allow that. You will get a "no remote links allowed" pic instead. You can link only to HTML pages from outside MW.

The free web host accounts are meant for non commercial, private use to our members so they can have a personal web site, not use MW bandwidth to serve images and video all over the web. This is why that limitation is in place. We have the same limitation in place on both the media center and the user's rides. You can link to the HTML page that shows a photo, but not just display them on other sites.
