Default 1/4 mile timeee

hey yo...97 gt vert...ripped silencer..kandn drop in...amer thunder catback...auto tranny....wat is my estimated 1/4 mile time?

any ideas? also to the few of you out there who have auto's...how do u hole shot? do u take off overdrive...drop it into first....and powerbreak to about 1400 rpm? is that right? wat do u all use for ur take off rpm to reduce wheel spin and get a good jump?

also....i want more low end torque.....so i get a hi flow h pipe with cats....or a hi flow x pipe with cats...which one? (*yes i must have cats i'm sorry lol)

for the above wat brand is reccomended....does mac make a prochamber with cats?

also....Nitrous.........can my unmodified engine handle a kit of about 100 hp or will i mess it up? wat amount of hp boost is reccomended for my unmoded engine (it only has 30 k miles on it)

and wat brand nitrous kit is good now? stinger? NOS? edlebrock?

please hellllllpppppp!
